VAT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION UK customers should add VAT at 17½% to the prices quoted for HIPR.
Customers in all other EU countries who are not registered for VAT
purposes should also apply VAT at 17½%.
Customers who are registered need not pay VAT, providing they supply the

I am exempt from VAT and enclose proof.
NOTE: A free, earlier version of HIPR (functionally equivalent to the
more "finished" version being published by John Wiley & Sons) can
be obtained from the HENSA archive in the UK by emailing rbf@dai.ed.ac.uk to
request the directions and a password. This version is only free to UK Higher
Education Institutions and is not available on CD-ROM.
